I am not interested in being the “BIGGEST” property management office; I only want to provide each owner with the “BEST” service! This means that each owner will receive polite, personalized, and professional management services by a licensed property manager. At the same time, each tenant or prospective tenant, will receive the same polite, personalized and professional services as well as all services necessary to insure their rights and privileges.
Since relocating to the Fallon area, I have been actively engaged in the field of property management in the City of Fallon and surrounding Churchill County. I began my career in real estate services as an administrative assistant for a local real estate office which engaged primarily in property management. Shortly thereafter, I obtained my Real Estate Sales License and Property Management permit. Upon leaving that employment, I opened a branch office in Fallon for another real estate brokerage where I was the Broker-Salesperson/Office Manager and Designated Property Manager. I was offered employment with another Fallon real estate brokerage and became the Designated Property Manager and Broker-Salesman for that firm. After establishing the customer base for two brokerage firms and working in the property management field for over fifteen years, I decided that it was time for me to open my own real estate brokerage. After fulfilling the requirements, I established and opened MCM Realty, LLC.
Property management services you will receive from MCM Realty, LLC include: Complete tenant screening and background checks, income verification and rental reference checks of prospective tenants, regular drive-by inspections of your property, scheduled walk-through inspections by a licensed property manager, marketing your property with relocation sites including A.H.R.N. Craigslist, and a professional website. In addition, I conduct a thorough written property inventory including photographs to document the condition of the unit prior to each tenant move-in and move-out. You will receive accurate computerized monthly statements and a year-end report as well as a 1099 for tax purposes. I am available to handle tenant maintenance requests during regular office hours as well as any after hour emergencies.
